Who thinks of RVs when they think of celebrities? Smart people do. Celebrities have some of the most amazing RVs imaginable, because they like to spend time away from everybody else, but still do it in style. So, what kind of crazy RVs are these rich and famous people driving around in? Let’s check it out.
Barack Obama
Barack Obama, the President of the United States of America, has a gigantic, sleek, all black RV that he uses to travel. Apparently, he’s publicly stated in the past that he plans on taking his wife and children across the country in the RV. We’ll see if he ever actually does it, since he’s probably pretty dang busy. Plus he’ll have to make room for the secret service, but considering the size of the RV, it shouldn’t be a problem.
Jeff Daniels
Hopefully this name is less of a shock, considering he appeared in the film titled RV. Jeff Daniels actually loves RVs in real life, according to some sources. Though he did say, “I don’t think you can call yourself a true American until you’ve been behind the wheel of an RV.”
Jeff Gordon
It seems that Jeff’s just love RVs, don’t they? Jeff Gordon also might not surprise you as much to learn about, as he’s famous for driving. You just don’t usually see him in a huge vehicle. Maybe someday, (and in this writer’s opinion, hopefully) he will end up racing an RV. Who cares about the dangers; it’s Jeff Gordon. Plus, his RV is golden with red racing stripes on it. Can you honestly say you don’t want to see that in a race?
John Madden
John Madden has an epic RV, painted orange with huge blades of grass all along the bottom, suggesting he likes to take it into the wilderness like a real tough guy. You might already know about his famous fear of flying, so it makes sense that he has a land vehicle to go long distances in. Probably in trying to refute the flak for his fear, the front of his RV reads, “No rules. Just Rights.” Titled “The Madden Cruiser”, it doubles as a tour bus with all the comfort of a home.
Matthew McConaughey
Matthew McConaughey doesn’t always travel in his RV, but he certainly loves it. He makes it on the list because, even though his RV doesn’t have any particular specs or a crazy look to it, he tends to sleep in it when it’s parked in his driveway and not his own bedroom. His RV, “The Canoe,” must be very special to him in some way. Or he just prefers to feel like a poor person than a rich, famous and successful actor.
Vin Diesel
Vin Diesel’s real name? Mark Sinclair Vincent. That’s how you know he loves big vehicles. He owns a two-story, $1.1 million vehicle takes up a whopping 1,100 square feet. It sounds more like a hassle than a luxury with that much size. But, he loves it as he chooses to stay there during his filming activities.
